You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
• Transmitting obscene or offensive content
• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Reproducing, duplicating, copying, or selling any part of the Service without express written permission

4. Intellectual Property Rights

5. User-Generated Content

If you submit, post, or display content on the Reclaim platform (including photos, descriptions, or feedback), you grant Reclaim a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Reclaim makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Reclaim does not guarantee that:

• The Service will meet your specific organizational needs
• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected
• Product recommendations will be suitable for your space or circumstances
• Results or time savings will match those described in case studies or examples

Organizational outcomes depend on your individual circumstances, implementation effort, and adherence to recommendations. Reclaim provides guidance and tools but cannot guarantee specific results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reclaim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Reclaim's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Reclaim in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty Turkish Lira, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability, so this limitation may not apply to you.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sarıyer, Marmara Region, Turkey, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reclaim regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
